To be certain of receiving your item before Christmas, please place you order by:

• UK Next Day: 23 December 2018
• Canada, USA, EU: 19th December 2018
• Rest of World: 17 December 2018

DELIVERIES

• Please order by 11 am on a working day* for same day dispatch in the UK
• Delivery is free on all orders 
• We use a RoyalMail ParcelForce tracked and signed service for all our orders.

WITHIN THE UK

• ParcelForce Express 24 Service: 24 Hour delivery Service

EUROPE

• ParcelForce Global Express: Business or residential delivery by close of business on next working day

REST OF THE WORLD

• ParcelForce Global Express: 
  • USA: Next working day by 10.30 am
  • Canada: Next working day by 12 noon
  • Other Destinations: 2-5 days depending on location

* A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
