Exchange & Returns Policy
Please try items in the comfort of your own home. If you don't like them, you can send them back.
To be eligible for exchange, items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery to you, in their original as-new condition.
Returning goods in transit are your responsibility until received by us. We advise you to use a recorded postal service.
All correctly returned products will be exchanged within five working days from date of receipt and returned to you at our expense.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery to you. They should be in their original as-new condition.
All correctly returned products will be refunded to the original card/account used. Depending on payment method, a refund will normally appear in your account 3-10 working days after receipt of the item.

RETURN POSTAGE COSTS
For all items returned for an exchange or refund, postage costs fall to the customer. For all items returned as faulty and accepted as so by us, subject to inspection, the postage costs will be reimbursed by Brooski to the customer at a rate equivalent to Royal Mail’s First Class Signed For service (UK customers) and Royal Mail’s International Signed For service for international customers.
All packages being returned to us from outwith the UK must be marked ‘Goods returned under warranty’. We will not accept customs charges incurred due to incorrectly labelled returns.
- Please use the form on the contact page on our site, explaining the reason for the return and including your Order Number.
- We will send you a returns authorisation form.
- Return the product and the completed Product Return Form to: Brooski Jewellery, at the address on the authorisation form.
